Today we are witnessing the triumph of aerobics. The aerobics population for more than 20 years is based on its distinctive characteristics: efficiency, accessibility, emotional beauty and external attractiveness. In total, specialists have about 200 different aerobic health programmes. It is possible to apply the breadth, the range of exercises, and under the able leadership of the pedagogy, they are a powerful integrated tool and a method of impact, both in the health, education and educational direction of human development.

The role of physical exercises in health promotion, disease prevention, leisure activities, life extension and creative activity has been increasing recently. In this regard, new types of recreational activities are emerging, which are popular among children and accessible to older persons.

Large-size meat - Fitbola - has been relatively recent, although since ancient times, the ball has been used as entertainment. Fitzball in English means a backbone, which is used for healing purposes.

In different countries, large-scale gymnastics programmes have been used for over 50 years, and in our country for about eight years. Fitbol gymnastics and phytball aerobics programmes are unique in their impact on the organisms and are of great interest to children and adults.

The ball exercises have a healing effect, which has been confirmed by the experience of specialized, correctional and rehabilitation health centres in Europe. The vibration of the exercise and amortization of the ball improves the exchange of substances, hemorrhage and microdynamics in intervertebral discs and internal organs, which contributes to the unloading of the vertebral column, the mobilization of its various divisions, the corrections of Lords and kioz.

The ball exercises train the lobby machine, develop the coordination of movements and the equilibrium function, promote the exchange of organisms, activate the motor-viser reflexes.

Practitioners on the ball by their physiological effects contribute to the treatment of diseases such as osteochondros, scoliosis, ignorance, asteno-neurotic syndrome, etc. The mechanical vibration of the ball has an impact on the spine, intervertebral discs, joints and surrounding tissues (T.S. Ovchinnikov, A.A. Potapchuk, 2003). This is practically the only type of aerobics where the physical exercises are combined with engine, liver, visual and tactile analysers, which, in geometric progress, increases the positive effect of phytball classes.

The ball is multifunctional and can therefore be used in the phytball aerobics exercise complex as an object, projectile or foot. Toolboxes, depending on private targets and fund-raising, may have different directions:

- to strengthen the muscles of the hand and shoulder belt;

- to strengthen the abdominal muscles;

- to strengthen the spin and pelvis muscles;

- to strengthen leg muscles and stacks;

- to increase flexibility and mobility in joints;

- to develop the equilibrium function and the lobbying apparatus;

- For the formation of the nut;

- for the development and coordination of movements;

- to promote dance and music;

- to relax and reclaxiate as a means of preventing various diseases (steering equipment, internal authorities).

The large number and variety of exercises on fitbols requires their streamlining and hence classification, which in turn will lead to the most appropriate sequence of their development and application in programmes.
